Seihitsu Sueki Mug Small #2 is a 4 oz handcrafted stoneware mug shaped by Manabu Suehiro. Compared to #1, this piece reveals deeper tonal variation across its faceted planes, where soft ash-gray transitions into smoky undertones created during firing.

Each carved surface catches light differently, emphasizing the sculptural geometry of the form. Fine iron speckles and natural kiln markings emerge organically, giving the mug quiet depth without ornamentation. The angular handle integrates seamlessly into the structure, reinforcing its architectural presence.

With a practical capacity of approximately 4 oz (120 ml) when filled below the rim, it is ideal for espresso-based drinks or Japanese tea. Individually shaped and fired, #2 is a distinct expression within the Seihitsu (静謐, “serene stillness”) series.
