Refund policy

What if breakage occurs during shipping?

We carefully package our products but sometimes breakage occurs.  Please email us within 5 days of receiving the product at info@wazatokyo.com with your customer information including name, address, invoice number and a photo of the product.  We may ask you to ship the broken product to us (at our expense).   It may take some time to replace the product since many of our products are custom made but we will email you an estimated date as to when the product will be shipped.

 

Can I get a Refund? 

Since many of our products are custom made and shipped from all over Japan, we cannot accept refunds.
