A quiet swirl of flame and ash. This piece from Asato Ikeda’s Ensai (炎彩) series — meaning “Color of Flame” — features soft gradients of muted orange, charcoal, and natural clay tones. The ridged form is tactile and expressive, shaped by hand using his signature swirling technique.

During firing, the glaze pools and flows unpredictably, capturing the moment when heat and earth collide. Ideal for both warm and chilled sake, this vessel is designed to be held, admired, and enjoyed. Only one available.
