The Mentori chamfered vase is an exquisite piece with its thick rim and beveled sides. During the firing process, brown specks break through the white glaze at high heat. Kondo has spent years seeking out an exact location within his kiln and perfected the firing time to prevent the glaze from covering the entire base. As a result, the brown pigments meld seamlessly with his glaze, creating this one of a kind masterpiece. Beautifully packaged in a wooden box.
